The Bowman Apartments on Stone Way is a 278-unit complex in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. It is comprised of a three-story concrete podium with five stories of the wood-framed structure above. The residential units range in size from 420 sf studio apartments to 1300 sf two-bedroom townhomes. The building boasts a “laid-back luxury” feel and provides tenants an inspired retreat to come home to. On-site amenities for tenants include workout facilities, lounges, a rooftop terrace & greenhouse, and spectacular views of South Lake Union and the Seattle skyline. GK Knutson worked more than 48,000 hours on the project and installed more than 1,000,000 square feet of GWB.
