Henry Weinhard’s, or Blitz-Weinhard Brewery, has been making beer in the Pacific Northwest since 1864. Their more recent expansion into the restaurant industry includes seven locations, most recently in Lincoln Square in downtown Bellevue. Wilcox Construction was the general contractor on the 3rd floor build-out project, and GK Knutson performed all the metal framing, insulation, and drywall work on the project. With the logistical and coordination obstacles associated with working on the upper floor of an occupied building, the job was a challenge. With the right team and partnerships, we were able to succeed and provide both an exceptional project to the Henry’s Tavern ownership group and an efficient process to Wilcox Construction. We are excited to continue to pave the path forward in the hospitality sector.
