Originally built as a classroom and training facility for the Boeing Company, the building was later purchased by Snohomish County Paine Field to serve as its new administrative headquarters.
The Airport tenant improvement project features more than 5,000 square feet of fully renovated space on the main floor, including a welcoming public lobby, badging offices, and a large, shared conference room for Airport and Sheriff’s Department use. The second floor adds nearly 13,000 square feet of secured office space, designed to support both privacy and collaboration. This area includes private and open offices, conference rooms, breakroom, restrooms, a lactation suite, and various support spaces.
The Sheriff’s Department for tenant improvement encompasses approximately 28,000 square feet of functional and secure space. The layout includes a public lobby, temporary holding cells, evidence processing and storage areas, training facilities, locker rooms, restrooms, a breakroom, squad room, conference rooms, a fitness room, and additional support spaces.
